Shipping: Where do you ship? How much does it cost? How long is the turn around time and shipment time?
We ship worldwide! Any country, anywhere, we’ve got you. Domestic U.S. / U.S. Outlying Minor Islands shipping is at a flat rate of $8 for Priority 2-Day Shipping, and international shipping is currently at a flat rate of $15 for First Class 15 day shipping.
The turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for Ready to Ship products, and about 3-4 weeks for Made to Order products. For custom orders such as wedding bouquet replications, the normal processing time is from 2-3 months depending on the amount of orders. Custom bridal and bridal party jewelry processing time varies but is typically shipped at least a month before your wedding date.
How do stud packs work?
Each stud pack includes 3 studs for $20. You can choose your favorites from the website and purchase using the “Stud Pack” listing found under “Earrings” and make sure to include your 3 stud choices in the form that pops up, listing the color and style. If you would like a surprise, simply request “surprise me!”
How do I place a custom order?
To place a wedding bouquet custom order, please order from the Wedding Bouquet Custom Orders page listing. Afterwards, submit an email to belovedpriceless@gmail.com with your order number, and a picture of your bouquet(s), along with the occasion deadline if applicable. For special occasions, please keep this in mind and order at least 2 months in advance of the date you need them by (exceptions will not be accepted).
To place a custom order for bride/bridal party jewelry, you may email first with your idea to discuss the design, and payment can be submitted through Venmo or Zelle. Email is preferred over direct message, that way it is easier to keep track of! We will reply as soon as possible to discuss your vision, pricing, and processing time. When can I expect a restock/how often do they happen? How can I stay updated?
Popular or highly requested items can be restocked after the first launch of a new collection; however, there is not a set frequency. To be notified of an item’s restock, sign up with your email in the space provided on the listing of the product you are waiting for. Keep an eye out for updates on Instagram to know when restocks and new launches are happening (@belovedjewelrystudios)!
Are the earrings heavy?
Not at all! The beauty of polymer clay is that it is lightweight and barely noticeable, and it is not like pottery clay. You can wear it normally like any other earring.
What metal do you use/is it safe for sensitive skin?
We use high quality stainless steel that is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, and does not irritate the skin or tarnish. Every piece is made with love and we want to make sure you feel loved and safe using our jewelry, no matter your skin type!
